Why and when can you use off-site team members?

There are many scenarios when using an off-site team member makes sense. Check out some examples below used by our clients:

Phones are not being answered and on-site team is too busy doing other things
Tasks that take up too much time. Insurance verification is a good example. We know that hold times can be upwards of an hour! This is not a good use of your onsite team’s time. Use an off-site team member to get the information you need so you can do other tasks
Special projects like data inputting, data migration or credentialing
Your team is feeling overwhelmed and needs extra hands – even temporarily!
You need specialized support like billing or following up with claims
